Please forgive me...
I hope my friends (blogging and otherwise) from Oklahoma, Texas and any of the other states poked fun at can forgive me for this...but truly, I couldn't resist.
The National Transportation Safety Board recently divulged they had covertly funded a project with the U.S. auto makers for the past 5 years, whereby the auto makers were installing black box voice recorders in four-wheel drive pickup trucks and SUV's in an effort to determine in fatal accidents, the circumstances in the last 15 seconds before the crash.
They were surprised to find in 41 of the 50 states the recorded last words of drivers in 61.2 percent of fatal crashes were, "Oh Shit !"
Only the states of Oklahoma, Nebraska, Missouri, Kansas, Arkansas, Alabama, Georgia, and Texas were different, where 89.3 percent of the final words were: "Hold my beer, I'm gonna try somethin."

hey! lets use some common sense here. if you don't have your passenger hold the beer, how will you be able to hold the gun?
Thats funny as hell! I figured that there might be some "hold my cell phone".
Thanks for the chuckle...
That is toooo funny. I've been in a few wrecks... a looooong time ago. And I think my last words matched those in the first 41 states all but once. And that other time, I'm afraid to say that my last words were dangerously close to the those from the other 9 states. My friends from high school have never let me live it down either.
ha! funny! thanks for the chuckle!
Sounds like my family, from the great state of FLORIDA!!!
HAHAHHAHA!! I lived in Oklahoma and Georgia and all I can say is HAHAHHAHAHAH!!!
